As it was published by RIA Novosti, on Tuesday Moscow municipal court is considering the appeal filed by Vyacheslav Mavrodi — the brother of Sergey Mavrodi, the founder of financial pyramid MMM.

Vyacheslav Mavrodi disputes the verdict from February 13 2003 according to which Mr Mavrodi was found guilty of illegal turnover of precious metals and gemstones and illegal bank activity.
