Regnum Agency informs that in 2003 the GOKHRAN of Russia plans to purchase diamonds for $100 mln in the domestic market after three years-break.

According to Mr. Vladimir Rybkin, the head of GOKHRAN, last year there were no diamonds bought and in 2003 GOKHRAN intends to replenish its diamonds reserves. The fund will insist on diamonds buying for its own prices.
