As it has been reported by Rosbalt Agency, in 2003 archaeological season in Pskov has the largest volume for the recent several years. Now archaeological excavations take place at the areas of 4 thou sq m totally.

The season turned out to be rich in amazing finds. For example, there was a jewellery production complex with some ancient jewellery found. Moreover, archaeologists excavated buildings dated to XIII century and among other interesting things there was a silver dinar discovered.
