As it has become known to REGNUM Agency, on August 5 there were suit applications against OJSC Sredneuralskiy Copper-smelting Plant considered. The subject of the applications is as follows: four workers of OJSC Dinur were poisoned as a result of harmful throw-out from OJSC Sredneuralskiy Copper-smelting Plant. The court decided the case in favour of the workers and now the plant is obliged to pay compensation for the harm caused to the workers’ health.
