Russian Ministry of Finance proposes to assign over 20 bln roubles for foreign credits and investments in 2004
According to RIA Novosty, the project of the federal law on the budget in 2004 provides the proposition to assign up to 20 bln 6,2 mln roubles ($639,35 mln) for crediting of foreign countries. The project is available at the website of Russian Ministry of Finance.
The size of precious metals and gemstones allotment from the State Fund of the Russian Federation is proposed to be up to 32 bln roubles.
