GOKHRAN of Russia intends to buy 100 mln dollars' worth of diamonds from “ALROSA”. According to Mr. Vladimir Rybkin, the head of GOKHRAN, his department is negotiating with “ALROSA” administration about the conditions of acquisition.

GOKHRAN is planning to replenish reserves and to improve the structure of Russia’s fund with the help of diamonds.
