As it was published by RBC gold mining volume in Russia in January – June 2003 has increased by 2,05% up to 58 tons 75,5 kg (incidental and secondary gold included) by comparison with the same period, 2002. The incidental gold amounts to 4,7 tons, the secondary gold – 2 tons 284,8 kg.

Last year 56 tons 905,2 kg of precious metal were mined in Russia for the same period.
