As it was published by Finmarket MMC “Norilsk Nickel” announced that “Norimet Limited” Company (the daughter of “Norilsk Nickel”) proposed to buy 4,350 mln of shares of Stillwater Mining Company. The price of one share is $7,50.

The tender offer will function till August 2003.
