MMC “Norilsk Nickel” has became a controlling shareholder of Archangel seaport. About 56% shares belong to “Norilsk Nickel” now. The port has become the second large transport asset of “Norilsk Nickel” Company. Last year the company collected the controlling shareholding of Enisey river steam-navigation.
