In 2002 OJSC MMC “Norilsk Nickel” developed the strategy of production development of Taymyr and Kolskiy peninsula enterprises for the period till 2015. The strategy was approved in December 2002 by the management of the company and at the beginning of 2003 by its board of directors.

“Norilsk Nickel” intends to invest $300-400 mln a year till 2005 inclusively. The successful realisation of the production development strategy is aimed to increase shareholders’ incomes and to provide profitableness of investment at the rate above 20%.
