The list of MMC “Norilsk Nickel” largest shareholders includes Bektanco Holdings Co. Limited, Pharanco Trading Co. Limited, Dimonsenco Holdings Co. Limited and Rinsoco Trading Co. Limited, Bank of New York, CJSC "Credit Swiss First Boston Securities", CJSC "Holding Company "Interros", “Invest Logica” Company, Terlay Holdings Co. Limited. The gains of the company in 2002 were $3 bln, net profit — $584 mln.

MMC “Norilsk Nickel” had to disclose the list of its shareholders and beneficiaries according to the conditions of the agreement with US Stillwater Mining Company. The procedure of agreement registration was finished yesterday.
