The shareholders of JSC “ALROSA” have approved the decision to pay the dividends for 2002 at the rate 3,5 thou roubles per a share that is by 16,6% more than last year payments. The net profit of the company for the last year amounted to $206 mln 436 thou (about 6,5 bln of roubles).
