The process of the “Izumrudnye kopi Urala” emerald mine selling has stopped again. The agreement to sell was signed at the end of May 2003, the “Norfin” Company has become a new owner of eth mine. By June 10 2003 it has had to pay 30% of the agreement sum — 9 mln roubles. However, “Izumrudnye kopi Urala” has received nothing.
