On May 30 2003 the annual meeting of OJSC “Severalmaz” shareholders took place.

Last year results were evaluated and the most important questions of future development were considered at the meeting. The list of the new Supervisory Council of OJSC “Severalmaz” was approved at the meeting as well. Among the members of the Council are: Vyacheslav Krotkov, the managing director of OJSC "Atomredmetzoloto"; the chairman of the Supervisory Council of OJSC “Severalmaz”; Anatoly Efremov, the head of Archangel region administration; Vladimir Kalitin, the president of JSC “ALROSA”; German Kuznetcov, the first vice-president of JSC “ALROSA”; Eugeniy Valuev, the president of OJSC “Severalmaz”.
