Recently gold ore veins have been discovered in Penza region. According to Vitaliy Budko, the Chairman of the Geological Committee of Penza region, there are titanium and zirconium deposits in the region where gold presence has been discovered. Probably, in course of further geological researches it will be possible to find large gold bearing lode.
