Kiev. The Ministry of finance approved the introduction of the Kimberley process certificate for diamonds import and export. This measure has been taken in order to prevent the trade in raw diamonds with those countries where wars take place.

Ukraine State Gemmological Centre is responsible for the certificates legalisation and registration, controls diamonds import and export etc.
