According to the head of GOKHRAN planning department Anatoly Belov, in 2004 GOKHRAN plans to start selling modern and ancient jewellery from the State reservists at auctions. This is the next phase of the GOKHRAN strategy aimed to convert the State resources into precious metals. Besides, such periodical sales will allow to replenish the Treasury and get rid of invaluable stones and jewellery.
