In April 2003, the agreement on the gold deposit Jeruy exploitation was attained between the founders of JSC “Talas Gold Mining Company”, JSC “Kyrgysaltyn” and “Norox Mining Company Ltd.” and the Kyrgyz State Agency of geology and mineral resources.

In this connection, on April 19, 2003, the Government of Kyrgyz Stan revalidated the licence for the deposit Jeruy exploitation. This licence was has been issued to the Talas Gold Mining Company and in May 2002 it was cancelled.
