The "Union of the rightwing forces" faction postponed the discussion of the situation with the "Norisk nickel" enterprise. I.Khakamada, Duma vice-speaker, stated that the reason for a such decision was the Moscow arbitration verdict according to which the Moscow office of public prosecutor had to claim against each defendant separately.
She put emphasis that all quarrels between shareholders had to be solved in Arbitration. Enterprises themselves must demonstrate the initiative. "If the government body takes the initiative it can be called "property redistribution" what is out of the question", said she.
