The governor of Perm Region Gennady Igumnov asked the Chairman of the Government of Russian Federation Mikhail Kasyanov to include Limited Partership "Kama-Crystall" into the list of clients of "Almazy Rossia - Sakha"(Diamonds of Russia - Sakha". This action was performed to attract the raw diamonds to "Kama-Crystall", "Capital" the local paper informed.
