The meeting of the shareholders of "Buryatzoloto" has taken place on June 21. The statute has been amended. The amends concern the dividends payment - the company won't pay dividends to the shareholders of the common and preferred "B"stock. The dividends to the shareholders of preferred "C" stock will be payed according to the statute. The directors board has been elected and it consists of 7 members. "PriceWaterHouseCooper" was appointed an auditor for the company.
