Beginning in march 1999 the marketing center of the fund "The Jewellers Guild of Russia" has been working on the participation of Russia in the International exhibitions as well as contact making with the International jewelry associations.

In May 1999 the request was sent for the participation of Russia in the International Exhibition "Basel-2000".

On the 12th of November 1999, according to the decision of the Organizing Committee, the Marketing Center of the fund "The Jewellers Guild of Russia" received an official confirmation from the administration of the International Exhibition "Basel" (Switzerland) about the participation of Russia in the Jewelry exhibition "Basel-2000".

It is the first time that Russia gets the right to present Russian jewelry art at the largest International Exhibition in the world.

Presently, the Marketing center coordinates the overall work of the Russian Stand and offers You to take part in the informational stand of the fund "The Jewellers Guild of Russia" as well as to place the information about your firm in the catalog which is being issued especially for the exhibition "Basel-2000".

The International Department of the Marketing Center is now starting to organize the official delegation for the International Exhibition "Basel-2000" (with a complete VISA support) and invites You to visit the exhibition and the Russian stand in Basel from 23rd to 30th of March 2000.
