The subsidiary of "Polimetall" Company - CJSC "Zoloto Severnogo Urala" has fulfilled its annual plan ahead of schedule - it has mined 3 tons of gold at Vorontsovskoye deposit (Sverdlovsk region) since the beginning of 2002. The total result of the year is predicted to be 3,3 tons that exceeds the plan by 10%. The exploitation of the Vorontsovskoye deposit started in 1999. The industrial resources of the deposit are estimated at 76,4 tons of silver and 62,4 tons of gold.

CJSC " Zoloto Severnogo Urala " and the companies of "Polimetall" won't stop mining in winter. "Polimetall" is the first Russian company that has developed and introduced the unique technology of precious metal leaching in winter season.
