Yesterday the press-service of the President informed that Vladimir Putin had signed the decree on Russian diamonds export liberalization. This decree is of great importance as it influences not only Russian but world diamond market as well.

Now Russian cutting companies have got the right to export cut diamonds and the surplus of raw diamonds bought in Russia (up to 15 % of raw diamonds bought from "ALROSA").
