The decree on the temporary export of the exponents of the State Fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Russian federation and the state funds of precious metals and gemstones of the Russian Federation subjects from the Russian Federation with scientific exploration and exhibition aims was signed on November 28, 2002
The decree provides the rules of the exponents' export, according to which, particularly, in the case of temporary export taxes and customs are not charged. The decree was signed on November 28, 2002.
