The gold and foreign exchange reserves of Russia have not changed since November 15 to 22, 2002, and amount $47,7 bln. Gold and foreign exchange reserves are high fluid financial assets; they include monetary gold, special rights of borrowing, reserves position in IMF and foreign currency.
