Next week diamonds mining company "ALROSA" is going to approve the budget for 2003. While all the other diamonds mining countries are planning to enhance the volume of production, Russia will keep it at the same level.

According to the president of "ALROSA" Vladimir Kalitin, diamonds production volume will be kept at the same level next year. Mr. Kalitin informed that now "ALROSA" exceeds the plan by 2-3%.

However, experts feel cautiously about the company's plans.
