NOMOS-Bank will obtain syndicated loan at the rate $47 mln for a year from a group of western banks.

Standard Bank London Limited (Standard Bank Group) has acted as the Organiser, Authorised Agent and the participant of syndication. Co-organisers of the loan are German Commerzbank and Japanese UFJ Bank. NOMOS-Bank will use this syndicated loan for financing its clients-gold mining companies.

The volume of the loan has been planned to be $30 mln. However, the proposed scheme has aroused great interest of investors, and the sum of the loan having been increased up to $47 mln.
