Exchange Council of Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) has decided to develop futures specification for the refined gold. This decision is based upon the results of marketing survey of forward gold market project.

At present the projects of forward market are being developed by MICEX. Thus, the pilot project of forward white sugar market is approaching to accomplishment. In this connection regulatory documents of the section have been supplemented by delivery forward instruments meaning.

The volume of exchanges at MICEX has multiplied by 16 times since the beginning of forward stock market functioning, and now these figures are about 230 thou of contracts a day.
