According to the decision of OJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel", the Board of CJSC "Polus" Directors has been elected. The members of the board are:

• Valeriy Rudakov- the Chairman of the Committee of the Chamber of Trade and Commerce of Russian Federation;
• Vladimir Sovmen - the general director of CJSC "Polus";
• Denis Morozov - the head of Juridical department OJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel";
• Alexander Perov - the deputy general director of OJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel";
• Oleg Lobanov - the deputy general director of OJSC "MMC "Norilsk Nickel";

During the first meeting Valeriy Rudakov was elected the Chairman of the Board.
