Two largest leading companies of Russia's jewellery and gemstone market decided to joint their efforts and created new unified trademark.

According to the press-service of "ALROSA" company, this feature was necessary in order to promote their products on external and domestic markets, to increase its competition ability as well as to increase Russia's and international sales of diamonds and diamond jewellery.

The two companies came to agreement that the strategy of common trademark will be based upon the common diamond quality control system according to the world's diamond classification scale. This includes hallmarking gemstones with an appropriate trademark, which will be a proof of the diamond's quality and of the famous "Russian Cut".
