On October 23, the delegation of Russian diamond mining company "ALROSA" visited geological prospecting company "Katoka". Vladimir Kalitin, the president of "ALROSA", and Ganga Junior, the general director of "Katoka", held a meeting devoted to the project activity estimation and its future development.

The delegation also visited the place for electric power station building for the needs of the projects on the Shikapa River. Vladimir Kalitin expressed opinion that the station would start working in three years.

On October 24, the constituent documents on "ALROSA" Company participation in "Luo" project (including two diamonds deposits) were signed.

The delegation met as well the Minister of Resources Luish Philip da Silva and the Minister of Finance Julio Bessa. The perspectives of cooperation and investment of the projects were the main issues of discussions.
