On October 17, 2002, the Central Bank of Russia is issuing three memorial silver coins of "The Red Book" series at face-value of 1 rouble. The coins are presenting Chinese grey goral, Sei whale and golden eagle.

The weight of a coin is 15,55 g, the purity of alloy is 900. Coins are round and 33 mm in diameter. The catalogue numbers are 5109-0055, 5109-0056, 5109-0057 correspondingly.

The number of coins issued is 10 thou of each sort.
