Committees on Natural resourses and nature exploiting and budgeting and taxes hold a meeting on "Rental payments in Natural exploiting" at State Duma, State Duma press service informs. According to the speakers at the meeting current taxation system can be characterized as a rigid one and is hard for the exploiting enterprises as they work in the field where profitability is not very high. So the perfection of the taxation system is to be based on the single tax for the depths users, so as to count mining rent instead of royalty and excise. The base for the rent is to become the estimates of the deposit exploitation. The importance of the bill "On rental payments in Nature Exploiting" that is to be developed soon in State Duma committee on budgeting and taxes.
