The exhibition is held by the Committee on Natural Resources with the participation of the Committee on Culture and Tourism of The State Duma of Russia and with the support of the National Collection Center of artistic works, editorial staff of the "Precious metals and gemstone" journal, the Organization Committee of the Conference "Russian Market of Precious Metals and Gemstones 2002".

The exhibition will take place in the foyer of 1st store between the two edifices of the State Duma of Russian Federation. Sale of goods with immediate on-site delivery is not intended, however, the price of each exhibit will be indicated directly on the exposition and in the official catalogue of the exhibition.

On October 24 in the frames of the exhibition the "round table" on the problems of Russian market of precious metals and gemstones will be held. The deputies of the State Duma and the leaders of Ministry of Finance, GOKHRAN, Assay Office and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation will participate in it.

The organization of the exhibition and the "round table" is the duty of the company "ELGEM".
