The sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Mahtum, the crown prince of the Dubai emirate and the Minister of defenses of the United Arab Emirates, has signed the decree, according to which all the private individuals and companies working in the Dubai Center of Metals and Goods will have fiscal immunity for 50 years with the right of prolongation.

This decree allows the formation of an independent administration of the Center with its own juridical department and the right of proceedings institution and being taken to court. It is allowed to form limited liability companies in the Center, but it is forbidden to start working there before obtaining the license.
