In August the gold prospectors of the region fulfilled the plan for101%, and from January to September the enterprises have obtained 12, 3 tons of the precious metal in all. The following companies are among the leaders: "Ingigirzoloto" (exceeded the norm by 15%), "Aldanzoloto" (27%), the enterprises of Neruginsk (5%).

In Ust-Maysk Ulus the situation remains difficult due to the disrepair on LPE: the manufacture now starts, now stops again. The Ministry of Municipal Economy and Power Engineering was attracted to the problem: it has given the resources for restoration work.
