Russkie Samotsvety are going to raise the share capital from 794.49ths rub. to 95.33m rub., the company informed.
At the extraordinary meeting set for 27 Oct. this decision should be approved. The increase is assumed to be provided through the rise in the par value from 1 to 120 rub. at the account of the assets revaluation. The amendments to the charter also are to be considered.
