Over 25 Aug.-1 Sep. the currency exchange/gold reserves in Russia declined 1.24% to come to $23.8bn, CBR public relations department informed.
Such drop can be explained by the payment of $275m by MinFin to cover the debts for the London Club 25 Aug.
