AUGUST 30  The fall of prices on platinum
Platinum prices started to fall down on 29th of August 2002, after significant rise before its annual maximum. On Thursday in Moscow it fell down to $554.00 per Troy ounce, compared to NY $559.00 per ounce. On Wednesday it reached $577 per ounce. The prices on palladium on Wednesday were also growing, but began to fall down on Thursday. Source: Gazeta.ru
