The government of Norway has confirmed its intention to allocate $ 30 m on Pechenganickel foundry reconstruction (Murmansk reg.). Norway minister of finances informed during the meeting with Murmansk governor deputy on Aug. 9, 2000.
Pechenganickel is a branch of Norilsk Nickel.
A part of funds in $250-300 m necessary for reconstruction is planned to attract at the expense of Norway government grant of $30 m and credit of Nordic Investment Bank of $30 m.
