ALROSA placed on MICEX a 6-month's bonds of third issue worth 500 m Rbl. at par. АК&М was informed by Russian Fondi, the underwriter of the issue.
The third issue consists of the discount bonds of 1 thousand rbl. face value and yield of 26 % per annum. The depository is National Depository center.
" The placement was completed for half an hour. We did not expect such results, Russian funds said. It is a signal for the enterprises of real sector to begin working with the investors ".
" We shall not recommend ALROSA to increase volume of borrowings, the investment company added. - It is necessary to coordinate operations with the necessity in investments ".
The positive dynamic of GDP, increase of the taxes collection, political stabilizing and drop of the rouble instruments yield, in opinion of the specialists of Russian funds promotes growth of the market of corporate securities with the term of maturity between 6 months till a year and a half.
