The court examination of "Serebro Dukat" and "Kaskol" case continues and prevent the enterprises from launching the extracting at Dukat deposit in Magadan Region.
The case was initiated when the lack of the property during the assignation after the auctions where it was bought by "Kaskol". The lawsuit lasts too long and neither Russian nor foreign investors can start the mining and receive profit from it. As the situation became too complicated the governor of Magadan Region addressed the Government of Russian Federation to influence the parties and expedite the case settlement.
