Mikhail Kasianov, the Prime Minister of Russian Federation signed the Statement "On introduction of changes and supplement to the list of companies allowed to refine precious metals, approved by the statement of the Government of the Russian Federation from Agust 17th, 1998, ¹ 972".

In its Statement the Government of Russian Federation, orders to introduce the following changes to the list of the companies which are allowed to refine precious metals: to include in the list OJSC " Mining- Metallurgical company "Norilsk Nickel", the city of Norilsk and Krasnoyarsk region; and to exclude from the list Joint-stock companies "Norilsk Mining- Metallurgical Plant" the city of Norilsk and Krasnoyarsk region, and Concern "Onyx", Moscow, reports the Department of Government information.
