JULY 30, 2001  Regulations on Activity of Organisations-Retailers and Buyers of Precious Metals and Gemstones Stated in Kurskaya Oblast
Authorities of Kurskaya Oblast stated regulations for trade operations of retailers and buyers of precious metals and gemstones.
A fee for submitting application form is 300 rubles, for license awarding is 1000 rubles. To prolong or reissue a license organisation is to pay 10 rubles.
All the payments are deducted to Federal Budget.
