Gokhran of Russia is not planning to use qouta on platinoids sale at foreign markets, said Deputy Finance Ministry, Head of Gokhran Valery Rudakov. According to him, Gokhran sticks the strategy not to sell precious metals if there is no need, but this "need is determined by the President of Russia" and under the decree by President Gokhran can use quota for platinoids sale at foreign markets. Last year Gokhran used the quota 50%.
