It was announced on July 11 that Russian diamond monopoly ALROSA will allocated 3.5 bn RUR to finance reconstruction of flood-stricken region pf Yakutia. According to spokesman of the Upper Chamber of Yakutia Vasily Filippov it will demand 6.5 bn rubles to rebuild the region, authorities of Yakutia to invest 866 mln rubles, 900 mln to come from Federal Budget. The question about 1.2 bn rubles was not replied.
