On Friday on the second reading State Duma passed a law on tax for mining operations. Presenting a draft at the plenary meetin Deputy Chairman of Budget Committee of State Duma Sergei Shtorgin stressed that the sum of the tax is to be newly distributed. 100% to be payed to RF budget from general distribution minerals, as for hard minerals - 40% to be payed to RF and 40% to come to regional budgets.

This result is compromise between deputies and the Government.

State Duma commissioned Budget Committee to prepare the draft for the third reading.
