Valery Rudakov, the Head of Russian State Treasury GOKHRAN leaves his post due to retirement
The Prime- minister Mikhail Kasianov signed on June 3rd an order of reassignment of Valery Rudakov from the post of Deputy-minister of Finance and the Head Of Russian State Depositary for precious metals "GOHKRAN" from June 7th 2002 due to his retirement . This was reported by the Department of Government Information.
As it was announced earlier, Andrey Kutepov, the first deputy of Valery Rudakov is most likely to be appointed the new Head of GOKHRAN. At the moment Andrey Kutepov carries out the duties of the Head of GOKRAN.
