Natural Resources Ministry suspended issuing licences on depth-using, Tereza Golubskaya, Secretary of NRM told RBC. According to her this situation will be proceed until special order is given. We are to note that on June 16, 2001 Vitaly Artyukhov was appointed new Head of NRM replacing Boris Yatskevich.
